dear barbara, greetings from Italy
what do we need: a very Italian mascarpone cheese, lavender honey, dark brown sugar directly from Madagascar ;), small pieces of chocholate. It was a delicious, lightly sweet and crunchy, simply italian...homemade mascarpone cream.
